Vanilla Protein Balls

These Vanilla Protein  Balls are so easy to make! They are soft, chewy and deliciously packed with protein, fibre and nutrients! These no-bake energy protein balls are customizable and perfect for snacking on the go, as a post-workout nibble, or a healthy dessert!
Ingredients
145g rolled oats
2 scoops of Vanilla Dream protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon & ginger
100g peanut butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp plant milk
3 large pitted dates - chopped
Pinch of sea salt
Method
In a large bowl mix together the oats, salt, ginger, cinnamon, chia seeds and protein powder.
Add the peanut butter, maple syrup and dates. Give everything a good mix. Add the milk and mix again. Using your hands squash the ingredients together, this helps it bind.
Roll into 8 balls and coat in desiccated coconut. 
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
