Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Scoop musclemary® not just protein.™ Vanilla Dream
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 cup water
Method:
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl
- Add the maple syrup and slowly add the water until the mix is relatively thick
- Cook in non-stick pan, flipping when bubbles appear in the centre of the pancake
- Serve with your favourite berries or peanut butter
