Plain Jane Vegan Pizza

We think it should be pizza night every-night here at musclemary HQ. Try our delicious vegan pizza using our new non flavoured protein "Plain Jane"


Pizza - Recipe (using Plain Jane)



150g plain flour

150g wholemeal flour

7g fast action yeast

1/2 tsp salt

20g Plain Jane protein powder

240ml warm water

2 tbsp olive oil



Mix the yeast into the warm water and set aside for 5 minutes for the yeast to activate.


In a large bowl mix the flours, salt and protein powder. Pour in the yeast water and olive oil. Mix together to form the dough.


Once the dough is formed place on a floured surface and knead for two minutes. Roll into a ball and place back in the bowl and cover with a warm, damp cloth. Leave in a warm place to rise for one hour.


Preheat oven to 200C.


Place the dough onto a floured surface and cut into two (you can freeze the other half). Using your hands stretch the dough to form the base. Place onto a floured baking tray and cover with tomato sauce and your favourite toppings.


Bake for 10 minutes.
