Chocolate protein energy bars

Ingredients:

80g (½ cup) raw almonds
20g (¼ cup) Chocolate Crush protein powder
8 pitted dates (soaked overnight and drained)
2 tbsp ground linseed
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp non-dairy milk

Equipment:

Food processor
Small square or rectangular container
Baking parchment

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and blitz at high speed for about a minute. The consistency should be of a thick, sticky paste.
  2. Line the storage container with baking parchment and transfer the contents of the food processor into the box. With the back of a spoon, press the mass into the toners and even out the top.

Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. When you're ready to enjoy this delicious energy bar, extract the full "cake" from the storage container and cut into four pieces.
