Chocolate Crush Brownies

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
40g almond flour (or regular plain/ gluten free flour)
210g peanut butter
45g cacao powder
Generous pinch of salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
50g chocolate chips (I used dark chocolate)
60g Musclemary Chocolate Crush protein powder
4-6 tbsp plant milk
1 tbsp sweetner (I used Stevia)
Method
Preheat oven to 180ºC
In a large bowl mash the bananas then add the flour, vanilla, salt, peanut butter, protein powder, cacao powder, sweetner & milk.
Give everything a good mix until all ingredients are combined. If it's too thick add a dash more milk. Now add the chopped chips and mix in.
Press into a lined baking tin. Bake for 35 minutes.
Carefully remove from the oven and allow to cool fully before cutting into bars or squares.
Brownies are best stored in the fridge. Eat within 4 days.
